Ipad Pro 9.7 Sound Problem

I just bought my Ipad Pro 9.7 last year and while i'm using it. Sometimes its make some electrical and buzz sound very loud and when i turn it off, the sound gone, but when I unlocked the Ipad, it start the sound again until I restart Ipad. It turn to normal again. Below here is some videos that demonstrate my Ipad Pro sound exactly :
