I changed my apple id because it said my old ap...

Apple ID disabled

Rather than setting up a new Apple ID, I suggest that you regain access to your existing account (including because all of your previous purchases will always remain associated with your original Apple ID account).

 

Follow the instructions here, including contacting Apple Support via the link in the article if necessary:

 



1. Visit Apple's iForgot site: https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid

2. Enter the First Name, Last Name and Current Email Address fields.

3. Click Next.

4. If you have two-step verification enabled you'll need to enter the Recovery Key. If you don't have two-step enabled skip to the next step. You should have the recovery key printed out and stored safely somewhere. Enter the number and click Next. Select the phone number used for two-step verification and click Continue. Enter the Verification Code and press Continue.

5. Enter the New Password and Confirm Password fields.

6. Click Reset Password.

7. You will now have reset the password for your Apple ID.

This also unlocks the account and enables you to start using it again. You will need to use the new password with all your accounts on your iPhone and Mac.

but ur email address is block aswell, u cant used it aswell what is the other alternative u can suggest

My question is very similar. I got a new iPhone & my carrier set up a NEW AppleID instead of my old ID(which is all tied to my Photography Business & the email bares my business name!! It's been disabled too & I can't gain access because they state my DOB is wrong!??? Let me know if u get any feedback & I'll do the same.

 

Have you you tried signing into ur old I'd? Doing a "forgot password" thing? Are u able to access the email at all? If you can get into ur account via reset & such u can fix it. I can't because I have no access to my icloud email.

 

A call to Applesupport may be the best option. Good luck to you.



My girlfriend had the same problem and it took us hours to work it all out but she managed to update apps but creating a new apple id and setting it all up and all that and uninstalling the apps and redownloading them and she managed to have the updated apps but dk what will happen in the future hope this helps you in some way
