I couldent make an in game purchase

So I was going on about my day playin my phone games and I reached a new rank in game. Well every time you reach a new rank they offer a huge bonus in-app purchase that's a 3-6x better deal than their average packages. So being that I like deals and enjoy getting my money's worth I assumed it was worth it. So I tried to make the purchase and it asked me to add my credit details. I entered my details and it brought me back to the game. I tried again to make a purchase and it would take about 2-3 minutes before a pop up came up telling me to contact customer support to fix my issue and that I couldent make a purchase. So instinctively I thought ok, how bad can this be. I reached out to customer support and the chat starts out great. But then his tone changes once I told him I was unable to make in-app purchases. So I explained to him the situation, and more specifically he asked me " what app was I trying to purchase from " I'm like ok that's weird I've had this issue once before and it was resolved in seconds and they never asked me about the specific app I wanted to buy from. So I told him the application and he said he would put me on hold for 3-5 minutes. I said ok. Some time has passed and he said the same thing, then against after time passed the same thing. He would be with me shortly. So about 20 minutes of waiting I finally get a response from him saying my request was denied, and my account has been disabled. I tried to ask why and he gave me a number to the security team and said he would see himself out and left the conversation. 

 

So let me get this straight. I couldent make an in game purchase and it told me to contact apple. I contact apple and not only did they put me on hold forever, they end up disabling my account after saying my request for help was denied. So they are basically not telling me why it was disabled, why they won't help me and why they didn't fix my original problem. They are acting as if I'm a criminal and deny me as a customer.  

 

It's like having a customer come into my shop and they have an issue with the product I sold them and I say, sorry can't help you, also your banned from my store. That's very shady they would do this to me out of nowhere and with no explanation. All I wanted to do was buy something but I guess it's too much to ask for business.
