WiFi Port Troubles

Hi, I have a problem with my WiFi Port. When a start my MacBook Pro 2011 it works fine, but then after some time (Could be minutes or hours) stop working and appear deactivated, if I try to activate is not possible. Some times if I restart the Mac shows a message that does not have any WiFi Port (Hardware)

Any suggestions?  Thanks.
