duplicate iPhone & iPad screens???

I would like to have the same apps which are on my iPhone 6s put on my iPad Pro in the exact same locations/folders - (basically I want each of their screens to look nearly the exact same). Is there a way to do this aside from needing to download each app and physically moving them around into folders manually?

Any help is appreciated.  Thank you
