Playlist

Hi,

I have just moved iTunes from my C; Drive to my D; Drive as it was taking up too much space, in the process I have lost my playlists. It seems the iTunes software recognises there are playlists somewhere as, it has downloaded tracks to the computer that I have on the playlists on my phone where as other tracks from the same album purchased from iTunes store still have the "cloud" icon beside them. I started to sync my phone , but iTunes said the phone would be altered not the computer so I stopped Is these any way of getting the playlists from my phone back to my iTunes library?
