Ios 11 ipad: control center icons unreadable

Hello,

when I call ControlCentre from my iPad home screen, i can barely recognize control centre icons (e. g. rotation lock), because they are placed just over my desktop app icons. New control centre has no background any more.

The only I can do is to turn off the option “reduce motion” in settings. Then the desktop is blured when I call control centre.

But I don’t like that animations, I prefer to stay with “reduce motion” set. How to blur desktop when CC is above it? IPhone (at least my SE) has the CC background blured, why iPad can’t?
