Lyrics

My lyrics are disappearing on my iPhone 6s. All my songs have the lyrics in iTunes, but most of them weren't showing up on my device. I deleted all my songs and reloaded them; that seemed to work, but once a reconnected my phone to my computer lyrics have started disappearing again. I have over 3,000 songs and if I try putting them on all at once half of them won't show up; so I had to download them one album at a time.  I don't want to keep doing this; is there anyone who can help fix this problem?
