Has my iMac been hacked?

Odd Username just showed up in keychain access to this Apple Community sign-in, username = IPHPublishServiceFlickr.  The website it is attached to in Keychain is IDMSA.Apple.com.  I've never seen this before and I did not enter it!

I was just emailed by my mortgage company that they received a request to reset my password.  I did not request it.

After I saw that email, I used Safari with Google search to research how to find out if my iMac has been hacked. I taped over my video cam.  And then I seem to have lost control of my keyboard.  Battery power level was 70+.  I didn't see odd movements of the cursor.  I could use and click the mouse, but no keystrokes would go in.  I shut down and unplugged my Mac, and the router.  Right now, I am working on my iPad with a cell line.  Has my Mac been hacked?  If so, what should I do?  I am not deep tech.  I would call myself an experienced user, but far from expert.

Earlier today, I noticed that Mail would not delete gmails but was archiving them.  I checked Preferences and I had clearly set those up to send deletions to trash.  When I expanded the Gmail account in Mail, I was able to delete the emails.  I didn't like that so I quit Mail.

About a week ago, my iMac was running REALLY SLOW.  So I cleaned off all the databases and many but not all of the cookies using Cookie5.  I cleaned out extensions.  I greatly reduced Safari "top sites" and "favorites".  And I erased all Safari history.  I am up to date on all software updates.

I keep my firewall on.

Help?
