How do I stop getting others phone calls and tex that I share icloud with?

I believe by "share icloud" you mean you are sharing an Apple ID.  You should do that or you will constantly be plagued by these kinds of problems.  Each person should have their own Apple ID.  Use Family Sharing instead:
