Bunch of Console Errors causing Mac to be almos...

Hi Everyone,

I am Hoping to get some help with this, Any Suggestions are hugely appreciated!

I opened my mac after a day of it sleeping, and the whole thing had frozen.. This never happens.. I have a 500GB Samsung Evo 850 SSD in my 2011 MBP and it was runs seamlessly since I have installed it, until now. I have run the console, and disabled Report Crash through the terminal in a hope that Report crash was the problem. It lowered the usage of the CPU but the CPU is still swamped, ranging from 40% to 260% use... This is with out opening anything...

This has meant that my Mac has become almost unusable.  It takes about 2 minutes to fully load Finder. When I open a file, the computer presents me with the spinning wheel of doom and Preview bounces for a few minutes then disappears. There was a error message popping up the other day but I cannot seem to get it back.

There is a behaviour pattern occurring, when I have the activity monitor open everything seems to stop for a while, then out of the blue, (I Guess when the CPU free's up) everything processes all at once, and updates the last 5 minutes worth of activities, then it st..

I have swapped out my old hard drive and everything works fine. My assumption is that a file as been lost with the new update of the OSX. I have tried reinstalling the osx, disk repair, bootable usb, and booting in safeMode, but none of this has been successful. I cant even get into safeMode, nor is the bootable USB recognised on start up.

Note: I have updated to a new laptop which I used to type this up.

The Faults that seem the most relevant that keep Occurring in the Console (ignoring the errors) are as follows;

[ERROR] unable to get primary account status; <private>

rejecting write of key Accounts in { com.apple.coreservices.appleidauthenticationinfo, **NAME**, KCFPrefrencesCurrentHost, no container, managed: 0 } from process 1804 because Path not accessible
