Mac Pro (Mid 2012) warm idle

I have a mid 2012 Mac Pro desktop that runs and works great.  My only complaint is my office is always so hot even when the system is in idle.  It's in a fairly well ventilated area under my desk.  I installed smcFanControl to see the temps and try adjusting the fan speeds but want to make sure I don't run the fans at the wrong speeds.  Currently it’s at the system default and the temp is 108ºF.  The fan speeds are as follows…

PCI: 800

PS: 600

EXHAUST: 600

INTAKE: 600

BOOSTA: 800

BOOSTB: 800

System Specs:

OS X 10.12.6

2 x 2.4 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon

32 GB Memory

1x SSD Primary HD

3x Data HD’s

2x 1024MB ATI HD 5770 Video Cards
