iPad not working with Facetime

For some reason, I cannot FaceTime or call my daughter on her iPad when she's in wifi. She can call me though. When I look at her contact information, the call and FaceTime icon is grey when it should be blue. I have tried everything and completely reset the iPad. Still nothing.
