Apple Watch Unlock only works after I restart M...

My Apple Watch unlock was working fine until it wasn't. I've reset all radios on my phone, mac and watch. I've unpaired and repaired my watch. I've done about everything I can to get my Apple Watch to unlock my mac.

Right now it works after I completely restart my mac, and it only works 2-3 times before it stops and all I get is the screen of "unlocking with apple watch" a spinning wheel then nothing. If I restart, it all works again. Then it doesn't.

Any thoughts?
