Cannot turn off FileVault

Screen Shot 2017-08-29 at 12.19.54 AM.png

As the picture, I have unlocked but the option is still grey out.

And I tried to use terminal to disable FileVault. It shows "Error: FileVault can not be disabled due to managed preferences."

Could someone help me?

thx

OK, I solve this problem by myself. My FileVault option is locked by some profiles. In System Preference > Profiles, I delete the profile which locks FileVault option. However, some profiles is not removable, so I delete all files in /var/db/ConfigurationProfiles and /Library/Managed Preferences. Finally, I can turn off the FileVault. This may damage the system, so I advise to backup the system first.

As the message says, this issue probably has to do with the fact that your computer is managed by a system administrator. Make sure that you use an administrator account in System Preferences → Users & Groups.

There is only one user in this computer. And I have also tried to create a new user as a admin to turn off it, but it still cannot work.

ps. I guess there is some software that forces the FileVault to turn on but I can't find it.
