Clash of clans transfer to new apple ID?

My son has been playing clash of clans on my iPad for the past year. He just got his own iPad mini. How do I transfer his game from my iPad and apple ID to his new device and his own apple ID?

You can put his game on his device.  Just have him sign out of his ID at Settings > iTunes and App Store

Tap on ID

Sign Out

Sign in with your ID

Go to App Store

Tap on Purchased Tab

Donwload Clash of Titans

The App he used on your device, will now be on his device.

Sign back out your Apple ID on his device and sign back in with his Apple ID

BUT:  This app can only be updated if you sign back in with your ID, if an update is available

You don't.

Purchases cannot be transferred between accounts.

The game will have to be purchased again under his own account, or you authorise his device for your account.

Not really.  Free'ness doesn't mean anything.  The App was on your Device, under your ID.  His scores are tied to your App, under your ID.  You can certainly set up his device with his own ID, but to have the game with his scores on his device, you'll need to use your ID to download the game to his device.

That's just how it works.  Apps are forever tied to the Apple ID they were purchased under.

He is now able to play his old Clash of Clans from my iPad in his iPad mini as long as he is signed into the new gamecenter with my apple ID.

I really wanted him off my iPad and out of my apple ID but I guess I'll just have to live with half of that unless I have the heart to have him start from zero on his clan :-).

He is playing on his device with his own apple ID. He keeps getting messages to revert to a lower level village but that's okay.

dear sir. i have a small problem that i cant remeber the apple id  log / linked to the COC that i am using on my Iphone, how doi find out the user name cos i know the password cos i use the same for mst but do not remember thr ID name
