Issues with MacBook after display replacement

Some time ago I've cracked display of my MacBook retina 2012 and have to replace whole hood with display. Since when I have some strange issues:

1. I can't change the brightness of the display. It is always maximum. Through then I press F1 or F2 - I see that Mac Os interface shows the changing of brightness, but actually it's not changing.

2. I can't properly change the resolution of the display - now it's in default position, but when I try to change resolution, I see, that current resolution is maximum - not in the middle of resolution scale, so I can choose from:

- 1280x800 - non retina

- 1600x1000 - non retina

- 2048x1280 - non retina

- 1024x640 - retina

- 1440x900 - retina

I've tried to use 3rd party software to change resolution, but it doesn't help.

3. I can't change the brightness of keyboard - OS interface shows that there is no such possibility.

Of corse I've tried to install the OS on clean - it doesn't change anything as well.
