iCloud.com Indicates over 7,000 photos & vi...

My iCloud Photos online says I have over 7,000 images. My Photos application on my Mac says 3,177 images. I have iCloud preferences set to store photos on Mac. How do I access the extra photos? I have 29 days to back up my photos before they are deleted. I was getting iCloud Storage Full warnings and I want to move all these photos and movies to my external hard drive for permanent storage. I know how to archive photos from my Photos application on my Mac. Selecting the photos from the iCloud.com website appears to be selecting a photo, holding the command key and selecting the next image. I can't do that 7,000 time. Help, please!

If your iCloud is full you are likely to get strange happenings.

I suggest as a first or temporary step that you reverse the deletion of your library and subscribe to more iCloud space.
