How to bounce multiple Logic X projects to MP3 ...

I've hit the point where I have about 100 different Logic X projects. My Workflow: I open a project add a guitar riff or modify the recording in some way. Later, I listen to the tracks in my car to determine what work is left... the problem is - the track is not automatically updated. I have to bounce the track as MP3, remove the existing version from ITunes, bounce the track, drag it into iTunes, then move it from iTunes to my phone so I can listen in the car. This is becoming way too much work.

I was wondering if there was a way in Logic X or an API to bounce an entire directory of 100 or so LogicX projects to MP3 all at once?

I'm at the point where I don't remember which projects I've modified and it would help to just bounce all as MP3.. and preferably name the MP3 the same name as the project.
