Music subscrptio

Gents 

I have tried my best to cancel my music subscription with no use.  Even there is any manage selection of this page. 

This photo shows that my subscription is expired on 04 April 2017, and still apple detects that amount of money!? .. 

additionally, i removed my bill info from my account and apple stop me from downloading or even updating my software!!? 

Please i would like to cancle it forever and i would request to send my money back.!!

You are sure that the charges are for Apple Music, that is what shows on the account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ? If it is contact iTunes Support : https://reportaproblem.apple.com
