My iPad is on IOS 9.3.5 and says the software i...

I have a 32 GB iPad and would like to install IOS 10.  My iPad is on 9.3.5 and when I try to update get a message that the software is up to date.

What gen iPad is it ? The second and third gen iPads don't support iOS 10

Probably an indication that your model isn't supported for 10.

Those devices can not be upgraded further.

Your iPhone & iPad will not support IOS 10. 9.3.5 is as high as they can go.
