ipad fail to be homekit hub in ios 11

Since I update my iPad mini with ios11 ( and ios11.0.1). I cannot access to my homekit a devices remotely ( from my iPhone when I’m not at home).

The “use this iPad as HomeKit hub” is checked on my iPad, and I let it plugged in on power source.

This was working like a charm on ios10.

Does someone else face this problem ? And have find a workaround ?
