how do i transfer music from my iPhone to my ma...

My Macbook hard drive failed and I lost all my music on it. I'm able to get the music I purchased on iTunes back but It took me days to load the music from my CD's last time and I really don't feel like doing it again. I know there are programs out there that will allow you to transfer music from I phone to macbook itunes but I don't think they are safe.
