How to delete space from iCloud Drive?

Screen Shot 2017-09-14 at 16.16.51.png

On my mac the iCloud Drive is taking up over 180 GB of my storage. The problem is, I'm not even using iCloud and have the "save desktop & documents in icloud" options disabled. When I go to system preferences - icloud - storage - manage, it clearly shows I'm only using 1,55 GB of the limited 5 GB I have. I never paid for any more storage simply because I don't use iCloud.

I've also looked in my "icloud drive" map in finder, and it's is completely empty. Besides that I've also visited icloud.com to see what's on my drive, and it shows the same documents that you can see in the screenshot I added above. Just a few pages and text edit documents and whatsapp messages that all together don't even make up 2 GB.

So my question is, where is this 180 GB of storage coming from? And how can I delete it?
