Apple watch nike+ voiceover

Hi,

strange issue with the NRC+ App of the watch.

Unable to get the voice feedback every 1K like using the Iphone when i exit for run only with the watch.

Asked for the nike support but seems they have no idea,what i found is that there should be a "voiceover" setting in the watch app immediatly after the "All the metrics" label.

The problem is that i do not have that setting in my app.... last release of the app,of the watchOs and Ios.

Any ideas?

but the link opens a general italian nike page with nothing to click to expand the content and no Nike+ Run Club iOS Mobile related options.

Could you be so kind to copy the full answer ? still think there is a sofware problem maybe with the italian version of the App,but i would like to try the suggestions from them

At the upper-right of the Nike web page, click on the Italian flag and choose the US as your location. Then open the support article link again.

This may also enable you access various other support resources that may not otherwise be available to you.

just studied all the informations,but nothing seems related to my issue.

I mean,my phone is in Italian and i run 1000K with it with the voice feedback in italian every 1K.

then i moved to the apple watch nike+ but i miss a piece in the setting...

when i start a run,in the settings i should have to toggle: indoor,auto.pause,all metrics and voiceover

Well,i have all of them except voiceover....it doesn't exist on my watch... after the " all metrics" to toggle i have the playlist section but NO voiceover to select....

Your best course of action remains to contact Nike (as I originally suggested), as the issue that you are experiencing concerns the features and functionality of their app.

Hello, I have the same issue with my AW and N+RC. I found something interesting : if you change the language settings on the AW in English the VOICE OVER setting appears.

So I think, effectively, that it misses the correct language pack in our AW. Where we can found it and how install it ?

Hi, I have the same issue. On my iPhone the italian voiceover works without any problem but on the Apple Watch there is no way to activate it in Italian; only if I change the device language, this option appears.

It seems that on the Watch the voiceover doesn't support the Italian language.

I've contacted Nike for support because on their site this feature is advertised.
