Why does my ipad say my PC is running Windows6.2(0,0) in the Apple ID devices information when my PC is running Windows 10?

Perhaps try removing it and re-adding it?

View and remove your associated devices in iTunes - Apple Support

This refers to the version of iCloud that is on your PC, and not the version of Windows.
