"Free Apps" promting payment
Why does my phone ask me to confirm the purchase of a FREE app in the app store? And it actually continues to say that the "transaction was declined" because my credit card details are not current. Shouldn't "Free apps" actually be FREE? It is doing this with every free app I try to download! :-( In the past I put in my iTunes password, and it started downloading-no problem. No it doesn't download anything without asking for payment even if its free.
