Is there anyway to hide (not delete) my imessag...

I found that when I log out my imessage account on my macbook, the messages are still there. When others ask to borrow my macbook for a quick use, they will see my messages. I do not want to delete the messages. I hope that when I log in my imessage account, the messages appear and when I log out, the messages would be hidden and not read by others..

Is there any way to hide my messages but not deleting?
