Where did "assist me" in Network Preferences go...

I often have issues with my wi-fi, and find that whatever the "Assist Me" in Network Preferences does, is often enough to "kick" my wi-fi into behaving again.  Either that or it would help me figure out what the issue is.

Since the update to High Sierra, I found that the "Assist Me" button is now missing.  Did it move someplace else, or has it been done away with permanently?  If the latter, what do I do to troubleshoot network issues now?
