What are the Ports numbers for IMAP and SMTP sh...

I am using Windows 10 Outlook 2016 for my iCloud mail.

Occasionally, Internet Email re-login window pops up with the   request to enter login password.

Iphone, iPad and windows web based nail are working fine.

I checked Control Panel Mail, testing account also not happy with password.

1. How do I change my iCloud mail password?

2. What Port numbers for IMAP and SMTP should I use in the Outlook 2016 Internet Email Setting?

In addition to the above "What are the Ports numbers for IMAP and SMTP should I use in the Outlook 2016 Internet Email Setting?"; I can send email from the Outlook, but can't receive.
