Airplay speakers no longer detected (iTunes 12....

Hello all,

I just updated my iTunes to 12.7.0.166, and three of my Airplay speakers are no longer detected.  The speakers are Phorus PS5 speakers and I'm running Windows 8.  I don't think the OS is the problem, because I confirmed this issue by using another computer (macbook) using an older version of iTunes.  It was able to detect the speakers.  I then updated iTunes on the macbook, and then it also could not detect the speakers.  Has anyone else run into this issue?  Or have a suggested solution?

The speakers are on the network because I can detect them using the speakers' proprietary app (Play-Fi).  Itunes does detect my Apple TV, but not the speakers.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes multiple times, reset my router, reset my computer, reset the speakers, and still the speakers do not show up.
