I bought an app from the store and i cannot write a review! why?

I currently have the same problem on iOS 7.1 on 4th generation iPad. This is happening over a period of weeks and multiple apps that I cannot submit reviews for.  I can go back in the "write review" of the app and the info is still populated and hit submit again but it does not work.

It is very common problem now a days. I Have some step of troubleshooting. I think it will help you.

At first update latest iOS version on device.

1. Please check to post review to another app. If this will help , it means no problem in Apple Id or device.

If 1st not work then follow this.

2. Please reset all setting , no data lose in this process -

a. Go to setting -> tap on app id on top -> please sign out it -> go to general  -> go to reset at bottom -> tap on Reset all setting.

It will be resent now. Try again to review.

If it will not work -

3. Login by another apple id. then post if comment.

If it will work .It means There is some problem with your apple id.

Last solution is -

First take all backup of your device then reset device.

Go to reset like 2nd step. tap on reset all content and setting.
