Instagram Lux slider disappeared on iPad app

 I am curious if anyone else is experiencing this issue:

 On iPad, the Instagram app no longer has a functioning "Lux" edit tool (the edit slider tool for photo optimization)

 The feature tab is still there – just the slider isn't visible anymore.

 Everything still works fine on my iPhone.
