Changing password

I seemed to have forgotten my password on my Mac email account.  I can only find change Apple ID password, which I don't wish to change.  I have been trying to do an install and can't until I change this password.

Use keychain to access to search for retrieve any saved password

Open key chain access app ( located in applications and utilities this is a built in password manager forMac OWhen you save passwords in applications like mail and safari this is where you can access
