Flex pitch in logic pro 10.3.2 problems

I've just updated to Logic Pro 10.3.2, and when I turn on Flex on any track of audio, the audio is being stretched or compressed dependant on it's location in my arrange window.  This obviously isn't supposed to happen.

I'm not wanting to alter the length or speed of the audio, I'm simply trying to get it to find flex markers so that I can quantise the audio.

Any one else seeing this problem or found a reason for it?
