Waveform misalignment in take folder

The container lane in take folders shows wave forms ahead of where they're actually played in the track. They're playing in the correct place, but essentially every folder region in this project has the same problem. It persists after reboot or swapping between comps and takes. (Image attached) Any ideas on how to re-align?
