Youtube self

Hello,

I have a problem on sister's MacBook. It's MacBook Air 11-inch mid 2013, running OS X El Capitan 10.11.2 .

Using Safari, Youtube is self-refreshing its home page once it is fully loaded, before I can click anything.
There is no problem on other machine, nor using another web browser.

I have tried partition recovery inside firmware(when OS X is not running), clearing browser history, uninstalling flash player....nothing helped.

What else I can try?
