SLOOOOOW after Sierra upgrade. EtreCheck report...

I just upgraded my 13" MacBook Pro (mid-2012) to Sierra, and now it's running like a dog. I'm not well-versed on behind the scenes stuff, but it's almost unusable and I'm tearing my hair out. I ran EtreCheck and there weren't any red-colored flags like I see in so many other reports (apart from Performance: Poor.) I know that doesn't necessarily mean nothing is wrong, but as slow as it's running, I expected LOTS of red in the report.

I ran Activity Monitor, and there were no runaway processes. Very little load on the CPU.
