Mac OS sierra error opening microsoft office 365

After i upgrade my Mac OS to Sierra the below error appeared

You can't use this version of the application "Microsoft Outlook" with this version of mac OS.

You have "Microsoft Outlook" 15.24

Can anybody guide me to explain how to rectify the error and make my outlook works??
