itunes stuck in wrong region

I listened to the latest Taylor swift song from New Zealand. But before it let me it asked to change regions to USA. Now I can't play music coz it says I'm in wrong region. ie it opens the USA iTunes but I'm registered for New Zealand and I can't get iTunes to just open the New Zealand store now. It's defaulting to USA

Change your iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or App Store country or region - Apple Support

Thanks for the answer. But I don't need to change my region. I'm still registered as a New Zealand user (region) But every time I open iTunes it opens as the USA one so I can't play anything because my registered region is New Zealand. I just want it to open ITunes as the New Zealand version when I open the app.

I do not have experience with country hopping in iTunes.

It seems that when you changed to USA to listen to one song, you had to provide payment info valid in the USA - it stays there until you change it again > back to NZ.

It is cumbersome, but necessary due to different financial laws particular to sovereign nations.

If you can't change it back, the article says,

Contact Apple Support

If you can't complete any of these steps or change your country or region, contact Apple Support.

Maybe someone else with multi-country experience will see this and have a better answer
