iPad mini, Wi

The wifi button is greyed out and the bluetooth isn't working. I updated to the latest OS aswell using over the air. I have also restored and updated it through iTunes, but to no avail. It was all working fine yesterday?

I have reset my network settings, no luck. Erased and reset all settings to no avail. I have done everything other users on this community have been told to do aswell. Will I have to make an appointment at a genius bar, or is there an actual fix? Please!

I tried this and it did not fix the problem, i have also set to factory settings and restored my iPad, but still the wifi is gayer out and will not allow me to turn wifi on, and BT is still in continuous search mode.
