Apple Music skipping through albums/playlists

Have an issue with tracks skipping on Apple Music - both streaming and local tracks. It just skips through all the tracks on a list and stops when it gets to the end without playing anything. If I turn off iCloud Music Library it’s fine, but then I can’t access my playlists ets., then when I turn it back on, I get a few tracks played and it starts skipping again. It’s  most frustrating. Any ideas how to solve this?
