Family Tree Maker for Mac 2: mid

Hi,

I've recently had my HD replaced through burnout (because the RAM was incorrect and it had to be replaced too).  Now I cannot "go online" with FTM though it did work before.   It keeps saying to turn off the Firewall, but it isn't on...  Yes I did have the latest update.

I've a 27" iMac mid 2011; upgraded to Sierra.

Can you help?
