hii,

i am not able to download anything from app store.

whenever i click on tab they revolving for an hours but still not download ,not even my updates get download.

Please help me to rectify this issue

all the basic process has been followed by which is available on apple site .

Switch off,app sign out.

but still not able to dowanlod please help
