Safari run slow after updating to MacOS High Si...

My safari extremely slow when updating to High Sierra, every time I watch movie or search on the I have to wait because its freezing. I have do everything to recover: clear cache, history, disable extension, restart,.... but it won't work. This problem brings me back to when I used old cheap computer but come on Apple, my Mac not a old cheap computer. As I'm writing this now, it take a half an hour to write because it keep freezing ALL the time!
