Will upgrading to iOS 11.0.3 make my device slower

I just wanted to know, I know it will but, how slower? It makes 5s SLOW AS HECK but what about iPad Pro 9.7?

(What I'm using now) 2x slower? 1.5x slower?

It's not an upgrade that makes your iOS devices slower.  It is the lack of availability of free storage.

Check Settings > General > iPad Storage (assuming you're using iOS 11) and be certain you have an absolute minimum of 10% of the iOS device's storage free at all times.
