iTunes Search bar

I'm currently experiencing an intermittent problem and have done for the past few versions of iTunes.

When you search for something in the search bar (when in the Store) and press enter it can often wipe the search you entered and sends you back to your own library instead of remaining in Store.  Any fixes planned as it's annoying as ****?
