notes have been deleted off my phone! and i can...

I do not have my notes on i cloud. i have them stored in my device. so I've been having a reoccurring problem where my phone will shut off and turn back on by its self... so when it does that it usually only temporarily deletes my photos and it permanently deletes my messages.. i had no problem with the messages and since my pictures came back it wasn't that big of a deal.. but one afternoon i get on to my notes in the folder "on my iPhone" not the i cloud because i never have space in the i cloud and i thought it  would be safer to keep them on my device instead... well i was wrong:( i was typing a very important note and my phone's screen went black and turned off and on again.. i logged in and its always been odd because if you were to turn your phone off and on the phone wouldn't let you used touch id... well when this happens it always did.. anyway i go back to my notes and i open it up and they are GONE everything. my poems, passwords, and other important information! and so my first thought was to look in recently deleted... they were not there!! i freaked out! i went into my search bar on my home screen and i typed in a few words i knew were in a note i had and it was suggested and so i tapped on the suggestion and it said "no notes"!! i was so upset! and so i contacted apple support and they didn't help except for try and free up space.. i did so and still! no notes! i really need hem back does anybody know what to do?? i've done all the things i can think of.. please help me!!

You probably either kept the notes in another location and the data didn't sync right, or you never backed them up to your iCloud backup.

Is your backup on Notes enabled? Check your iCloud.
