How do you delete the update There is no delete button

Delete what update? From where, exactly?

It is not possible to downgrade watchOS.

If an update file has already been downloaded but not yet installed, then follow the steps here to remove it:

• On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Usage > Software Update - delete the download.

You may need to scroll down the page to see the delete option.
