My USB Devices are not showing up with Apple US...

Hello Everyone.

Hopefully someone here can help me.

I have the Macbook 12 inch 2016 and my Usb Devices ( Flash Drive, iPhone, Camera ) are not showing up on the computer when plugged in via Apple USB C to USB Adapter. 

I Have tried a few other adapters as well and they haven't worked. Basically nothing happens when there plugged in.

Funny enough the one devices that did was was a 2TB External Self Powered Hard Drive. It Showed up almost immediately.

Iv tried updating to High Serria, Downgrading back to El Captain, Resetting the  SMC and still nothing.

If anyone could help me id appreciate it.
